Unter the theme “The Logisticians of Tomorrow” four highly interesting speeches were organized. All of them dealt with future-oriented trends and tendencies on logistics. For example, with industry 4.0 and its requirement for organizational changes within logistics.
Also, the topics of robot-controlled process automation as well as of the digital laboratory were discussed along with their impacts on the supply chain management. In the third keynote, “Hidden Rules for Success” got opened up where the participants were given various insights and advices on how to deal with the topic of careers in a more sustainable way.
The LCL rounded the day up with their speech and where the partakers learned which skillset and what expertise is needed for managers to be able to face upcoming disruptive trends in Supply Chain Management. The last point on the agenda but least important, the event ended as part of a network cocktail, in which everybody was able to exchange information and discuss about the day.
Overall, it was a successful but also very diversified event! The Young Professionals Logistics Luxembourg would like to thank all speakers, the supporting partners and especially KPMG Luxembourg and the Cluster for Logistics!
